At LIMITLEZZ, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible items.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• Unused

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Undamaged

• Returned in their original condition and packaging

• Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Submit a Refund Request through our website’s Return Request Form.

2. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Code and return instructions by email.

3. Ship the product back to LIMITLEZZ using the Return Code.

   • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

4. After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

Refund Processing

• Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items may be marked as final sale. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page.
